Ingredients:
1 cup almond flour
1/4 cup powdered sugar-free sweetener
4 Tbsp butter, softened to room temperature
1 Scoop whey protein powder
1 Tsp vanilla extract
Zest from 1 lemon
1 Tsp turmeric powder
A few drops of lemon oil, optional
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 F. Prepare baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Set aside.

In a large bowl, add all ingredients and using hands or a spatula, mix until well combined.
3. Form 10-13 balls and flatten each ball into a cookie. - Bake until cookies are golden around edges, about 10 minutes. They will be very soft coming out of oven. Cool completely before removing them from the baking sheet.
