Today's recipe is a simple protein smoothie using our Cinnamon Vanilla Swirl Whey Protein however, you can change this for one of our other flavours if preferred.
Ingredients:
1 Banana
1 Cup milk
1 Scoop cinnamon vanilla swirl protein powder
1/2 Tsp chia seeds + more to sprinkle
1 Tsp hemp seeds
1 Tbsp hazelnut butter
Instructions
1. In a food processor add all ingredients for the smoothie.
2. Process until well blended and smooth.
3. Transfer into a glass and sprinkle with extra chia seeds.
