For 10 minutes*
1 Minute of front squats
1 Minute of shoulder to overhead
1 Minute of front squats
1 Minute of shoulder to overhead
Repeat for 10 minutes *No rest between sets.
*Front squats and STOH sets must be alternated each minute
Example weight. Male 50kg, Female 35kg
Score= Total reps
